Comments:

McQueen is one of the last Australian Intelligence recruits to be trained in paramilitary and military intelligence techniques by the UK’s Royal Marines. Subsequently, policy emphasis changed to training military personnel for intelligence duties. He is a veteran of both Gulf Wars, the East Timor actions and the Bosnian Wars. Works effectively with special forces units from many countries and is considered a specialist at sensitive human extractions.

Has proved highly effective in Southeast Asia, especially in CT, CE and economic intelligence. Holds a Schedule-Two classification (S-2) from the Minister but refuses to use government-issue handguns. Has been under internal surveillance on several occasions but is highly resentful of it (many of McQueen’s peers refuse to conduct surveillance on him or debrief on their conversations). Is highly popular among other operatives but has a record of being uncooperative with management.

Known for abrupt use of violence; questioned and verbally warned, but never formally disciplined. Left in 2007 but considered a friendly.
